Elecon’s helical and bevel helical gearboxes are ideal for a wide variety of applications and functionally scalable. Thanks to Elecon’s modular design and high power density, space saving compact construction makes it possible for it to function in tight industrial spaces.

Our range of helical, helical bevel, spiral bevel gearboxes can be easily configured to industrial process parameters thanks to a high range of gear transmission ratios. The high level of efficiency of our gearboxes ensure an ideal drive package that meets demanding requirements of the industry. In connection with three-phase AC and servo motors, Elecon helical gearboxes form an extremely compact unit. They are available in a 3 and 4 stage design with high torque and wide range of gear ratios.

Helical-bevel gearboxes have the major benefit of enabling extremely precise and reproducible positioning movements owing to their high torsional stiffness and low backlash.

Worm Gear Boxes

Elecon Worm gearboxes provide high torque with low speed gear ratio. Being simple and compact in design, these gears can achieve higher gear ratio than the helical gears. These worm reduction gears having screw type qualities are similar to helical gears, but its helix angle is typically comparatively larger) and its body is normally quite long in the axial direction. The gears in these gearboxes can be right or left-handed depending upon the purpose.

Elign Coupling (Gear Couplings)

A Gear Coupling is used to join two rotating shafts for efficient transmission of mechanical power. Although the shafts are accurately aligned at the time of installation, it is likely that during the operation the alignment may get disturbed due to setting of foundation, thermal expansion, shaft deflection, wearing out of other parts, improper maintenance and many more reasons.
