BELT ALIGNMENT SERVICE WITH LASER BASED TECHNOLOGY

V-belts are considered as a component and hence mostly nobody bothers about their early failure. But it leads to high energy consumption due higher friction when not aligned properly. Pulleys must be aligned in all three dimensions whether Horizontal, vertical, parallel OR in combination. Our Laser based Tool kits are best solution for the same. They align pulley grooves (in some model) rather than pulley face. This leads to reduction in friction, sacings in energy and increased life of components.

THERMOGRAPHY

Temperature deviations can occurred by heat originating from problems in rotating equipment. These problems can be related to bearings, seals, and alignment faults. Other reasons can be variations in process flows, valve faults, electrical contact, or flashover problems. These defects can be effectively located with a thermal camera, allowing customer to take corrective actions before costly failures occur. The results from thermography are documented in colour images with temperature scales, so called thermal images. The thermal images are presented in a written report along with appropriated corrective actions. However, an expert engineer with good skill and experience is required apart from Thermal Imaging Camera. We can provide this support to customers . Due to such support, customer is neither require to invest in Thermal Imaging Camera , nor in Expert engineer.
Activities carried out during a Thermography service include:
